Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrants of a Michigan Osteopathic Association conference must submit a refund request via email to [email protected]. Requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the start date and will entitle registrant to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Refund requests received less than two weeks prior to the program will not qualify for a refund of the registration fees.

Program Switching Policy
Requests to switch from a Michigan Osteopathic Association conference to on demand will incur a $50 processing fee if the request is made after the advertised deadline.

AOA Credit Designation Statement
The MOA designates this activity for a maximum of 25 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
