Statement of Accreditation

AOA Credit - Michigan Osteopathic Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. Joint Providership with MyMichigan Health to offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM 

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrants of a Michigan Osteopathic Association conference must submit a refund request via email to ttrombley@domoa.org. Requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the start date and will entitle registrant to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Refund requests received less than two weeks prior to the program will not qualify for a refund of the registration fees.

Program Switching Policy
Requests to switch from a Michigan Osteopathic Association conference to on demand will incur a $50 processing fee if the request is made after the advertised deadline.
